As part of the management team the Electrical Engineering Manager position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact to the business. Accountabilities:
LMA Lead the team in the direction of the company vision. Manage the team to ensure they have the proper tools, skills, equipment, time and attention to achieve the company goals. Accountable, creates an environment of accountability and holds employees accountable. Issue resolution o Masters this tool to eliminate roadblocks, leverage the experience in the company and keep top management connected with the team. Technical Guidance o Provides technical guidance throughout the design process to meet the contractual obligations of the project. Department Capacity o Manages internal capacity to maintain a sustainable balance. o Utilizes and manages external resources.to support the company's workload Technical Guidance Requirements:
BS or comparable knowledge/experience Working knowledge of PLC Working knowledge of HMI 5-7 years of management Proven ability to grow and develop a team. We offer attractive, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, 401k, bonus and profit sharing programs.
Salary Range:
$90K -- $120K
profit sharing, quarterly bonus, employer contribution to 401(k)
