What You'll be Doing:
Leads a Distribution Complex, and a team of Unit Directors to successfully achieve key metrics including delivery of the financial plan (cost per case, productivity, etc.
), safety, sanitation, quality service levels, talent development, succession planning and team member engagement and retention.
Identifies gaps in operational results and works with leadership to determine cause and actions to address challenges.
Anticipates, identifies and works with Leadership to address people needs including staffing, development, performance deficiencies, retention and succession planning for leadership across the distribution complex.
Identifies high-potential talent and actively mentors them for development.
Communicates and models meaningful accountability in delivering a culture of safety, quality, service, and compliance to processes.
Develops highly-collaborative relationships with corporate and retail partners to effectively execute to strategy.
Plans and manages each line item for multiple areas P&Ls, explains variances from period to period and year to year and develops strategies for continuous improvement.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

years of experience in distribution leadership preferred.
Experience managing multiple unit locations preferred.
Proven leadership track record that has moved a team forward to accomplish measurable goals in an environment while maintaining dignity and respect.
To meet deadlines and complete tasks across a wide spectrum such as production, accuracy, team relations, safety, sanitation and SG&A control.
Critical thinking with the ability to be thorough in research, quick to understand the most important factors and variables, utilize sound metrics, and make impartial fact based decisions.
Working knowledge to meet compliance requirements of Federal and State regulatory guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to effectively sort through and handle competing priorities.
Highly developed organizational skills and ability to multi-task while simultaneously attending to detail.
Demonstrated ability to make ethical and appropriate decisions in unique situations and/or under pressure.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to facilitate cross 1 functional teams.
Knowledge of and experience with change management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict as well as lead through influence.
Demonstrated success in solving complex issues across functions using fact based data and analytics as well as experience and judgment.
Can sort through the noise to get to the root cause.
Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the business.
Ability to work on sensitive assignments and handle confidential information appropriately.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned Region.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as other communication technology.
Ability to demonstrate organizational agility and business acumen.
Knowledgeable of how organizations work and how to get things done, both through formal and informal means.
Demonstrates good decision quality and makes decisions in a timely manner.
